How We Get Things Done
As one of Denver’s highest rated general contractors, we take immense pride in our work and that pride shines through in all of our projects. In each project we undertake, our primary goal is to maximize customer satisfaction through the quality of our work.
Initial Contact / Phone Consultation / Pre-qualifying New Client
We schedule an initial phone call with every new potential client to discuss and identify the needs, wants and requirements of their project. Some of the information we will need to know is the age of the property, where is the project located, what is expected start date and what are specifics of the project in detail? It is important to make sure our company is a good fit for the new client; that is why we take the time to make sure it is a good match and we can deliver the service they are expecting and looking for. The other words, this initial process allows us to practice “Quality Control” and manager our projects with high expectations as construction professionals.
On-site Consultation / Proposal
On-site meeting with the client to go over the project in more detail. Inspect the property and check all the existing conditions. This is the time our clients learn more our company including our history, staff and explain what we are doing different from our companies. We explain in detail the whole process from our meeting to contract signing and then the whole construction or renovation process. We do not want any surprises that is why we take time to educate our clients on the process and set expectations.
Planning and Design
Construction planning and design is one of the most important aspects of the project. A lot of the contractors skips this aspect and do not pay much attention to it and it leads to project failure. We understand how important it is and that is why pay extra detail to stage of the project. If the project is properly planned and designed, it will go a lot smoother and more efficient. During this process we submit the design to the city for review and work on permitting as well. Some of the municipalities like Denver Building Department take longer for review process than others and if the project not designed properly it can be stuck in the Que for a long time.
Construction / Implementation
After the project has been properly planned out and designed execution of the project starts. We schedule the project out to make sure everybody involved are aware of when to start and how long it will take. Clients see the schedule real live in our software we use for project management. This will tell them what will happen, when it will happen and how long it will take. This helps everybody with purchase time frame when it is required. We mobilize to the project, deliver needed materials, dumpsters, porta potties, allocate our staff and start moving forward on the project.
